Headlines the Economic Calendar on Friday
1. US Retail Sales
Economists predict that retail sales stay at 0.6% in September. On the other hand, Core retail sales, which exclude autos, are expected to have increased by 0.5%.
2. US Industrial Production
The US Industrial Production for September will be closely followed by traders. Industrial Production measures the change in the total inflation-adjusted value of output produced by manufacturers, mines, and utilities. The data is estimated to see an outcome of 0.5%
3. US Michigan Consumer Sentiment
US Michigan Consumer Sentiment for October will be another important release of today. The Index is expected to rise slightly to 80.5 in October from 80.4 in the previous number. A higher than expected reading should be taken as positive for the US Dollar
