1. Pay Attention To Turkey Rate Decision
In Turkey, the CBRT will hold its monetary policy council meeting, There is no market consensus regarding rate change however the Bank should continue to have the tight monetary policy until the upside risks are over on inflation view. Any surprising revision would lead to volatility in USDTRY.
2. US Consumer Price Index
US Inflation number will be significant today. On average, economists expect that the US CPI rose 0.1% in May. The year-on-year rate of inflation is expected to ease to 1.9% from 2.0%. The core CPI, which excludes food and energy prices, is expected to have risen 0.2%
3. US Crude Oil Inventories
US Crude oil stocks are expected to decline by -0.481M this week. Note that oil stocks rose by 6.771M barrels in last week.
